The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for Benefits Program Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting and Team Building.

The Human Resources Generalist owns:

Benefits Program Management:  Owns the benefits process; coordinate between the employees and the benefits brokers / carriers. Unemployment InsuranceOrchestrate unemployment paperwork in a timely manner ensuring all documents are legally compliant.  New Employee Paperwork:  Responsible for on-boarding of new employees' paperwork; 401(k), Life Insurance, etc. Organizational Development: Assist in developing a significant training program for employees.   PayrollEnsuring Accounting has all necessary paperwork for employees to be paid.  Immigration AssistanceProcessing paperwork for Immigration, ensuring all paperwork is filed in a timely fashion.  Employee Files & Verification:  Ensuring all employees' files are compliant and performing employment verification.  Recruiting:  Sourcing, interviewing and hiring manufacturing employees (non-exempt & exempt) strong engineering recruitment NEEDED.  Employee RelationshipsBuilding and sustaining employee relationships.  Job Descriptions: Creating and working with hiring managers on job descriptions.  CompensationResearching market pay and ensuring Amonix's pay structure is competitive.

Background:  5+ yrs experience, BS or BA required.  MUST have a minimum of 5 years' manufacturing experience
