Overview

The Class Project (200 Points):

The Class Project will consist of a collaborative project (all class members) of a product or service using the Southern California Infrastructure. The project should cover cultural considerations, political risk, legal regulations, economic variables, geographic considerations and competition. As we will be starting a new business considering all the issues necessary for creating & sustaining financial performance. The project will receive 1 grade for the collaborative work product. The class members will develop a mechanism for distribution of points to individual peer class members.

1st order of business is to organize the members of the class, gain background & skill information, outline the key work objectives, assign individual & group roles. 2nd order of business is to establish group process values & expectations. 3rd, mechanism for points distribution to each class member.
